Who we are
InstLane provides institution management software. For data that schools, colleges and universities put into InstLane, the institution is the controller and InstLane processes it on their instructions.
What we collect on this website
When you contact us or apply for the pilot we collect your name, email, phone number, institution details and your message. We store a keyed hash of your IP address to prevent abuse. We do not use advertising trackers.
Institution data
- Each institution’s data is kept in its own database.
- We access it only to provide support you request or to keep the service running, and each access is logged.
- We never sell it or use it to train AI models.
- Questions asked to the Lane assistant are not stored.
How long we keep it
Website enquiries are kept for up to 24 months. Institution data is kept while the subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of a written request after it ends, after giving you an export.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion by writing to hello@instlane.com.
