Degree, postgraduate and doctoral management

Semesters, credit hours, GPA and CGPA, research supervision and alumni — built for HEC-recognised universities and degree-awarding institutes.

What gets in the way today

  • Transcripts assembled by hand each semester
  • Thesis progress tracked in email threads
  • Alumni contact lost after convocation

How InstLane handles it

  • Transcripts with GPA and CGPA that verify by QR
  • Research stages from proposal to defence
  • An alumni network that stays connected

Questions from universities

Does InstLane work for both schools and universities?

Yes. The same system covers early years, primary and secondary (Matric, O and A Levels), intermediate colleges, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes, plus short courses. A network can run all of them in one workspace.

Which attendance devices can we connect?

ZKTeco terminals that support ADMS (push), Hikvision access controllers that send ISAPI events, and any RFID reader or middleware that can call a web address with a JSON message. We help pilot institutions connect their devices.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Attendance terminals keep punches in their own memory and send them when the connection returns. Teachers can also take the register in the browser as soon as they are back online.

Is our data kept separate from other institutions?

Yes. Every institution has its own database, and every request is checked against the institution it belongs to. You can export your data at any time.
