School management software for Pakistani schools, from playgroup to Grade 12

Run Matric and Cambridge streams side by side, keep parents informed without WhatsApp groups and close every month with fees reconciled.

What gets in the way today

  • Registers and fee records kept in separate places
  • Parents asking the front office for results and dues
  • Matric and O Level grading handled in spreadsheets

How InstLane handles it

  • Class registers, gate devices and parent alerts in one flow
  • Parent portal with results, homework and fees
  • Configurable grade scales and report cards for each stream

Questions from k-12 schools

Does InstLane work for both schools and universities?

Yes. The same system covers early years, primary and secondary (Matric, O and A Levels), intermediate colleges, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral programmes, plus short courses. A network can run all of them in one workspace.

Which attendance devices can we connect?

ZKTeco terminals that support ADMS (push), Hikvision access controllers that send ISAPI events, and any RFID reader or middleware that can call a web address with a JSON message. We help pilot institutions connect their devices.

What happens if the internet goes down?

Attendance terminals keep punches in their own memory and send them when the connection returns. Teachers can also take the register in the browser as soon as they are back online.

Is our data kept separate from other institutions?

Yes. Every institution has its own database, and every request is checked against the institution it belongs to. You can export your data at any time.
