Using InstLane
These terms apply to institutions and people using InstLane. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of yourself or your institution.
Accounts
Keep passwords private and give staff only the roles they need. You are responsible for activity under your institution’s accounts.
Your data
Your institution owns its data. You can export it at any time. We process it only to provide the service.
Pilot programme
Pilot access is free for the agreed period. Features may change during the pilot, and we will tell you before anything is removed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another institution’s data, overload the service, or upload unlawful content. Report vulnerabilities to hello@instlane.com.
Changes
We will give 30 days’ notice of material changes to these terms.
